Responsibilities will include :
- Lead, guide and monitor HR Analytics Team to support business decisions
- Define framework, methodology and metrics for HR analytics using existing tools and identify and introduce new tools as relevant to the business needs
- Lead and develop mechanism for enabling business decisions using data insights and driving process improvement and maturity across HR processes
- Drive discussions with internal stakeholders to understand current needs and potential areas for analytics to support business decisions
- Drive Audits and Audit preparations for all HR processes
- Being able to operate independently, develop and execute new ideas and strategies
To qualify for this position will require :
- At least 10 years- HR Analytics experience within a global organization with exposure to Financial Services/BPO/ITES world
- Experience of working Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Analytics
- Very well versed with creating Dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of success in a similar role
