MBA HR from Tier I/II only. BFSI experience will be advantageous Responsibilities : - Partner with business leaders and HR Specialists in areas across HRPS, C&B, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Learning, Employee Relations to design, plan, and implement broad HR programs, policies, and procedures to achieve desired people outcomes. - Partner with Senior Leaders in recommending, developing, and/or executing Human Capital strategies to achieve business goals - Coach senior leaders of Analytics on elevating their individual leadership skills, focus on talent, differentiate performance, embrace diversity,equity & inclusion - Partner with the regional and global HR and business stakeholders in working out a clear target operating model for Analytics and implement and continually review the appropriateness of the Organizational design. - Assess current organizational talent and ensure employee performance is differentiated and appropriately recognized - Align people resources with appropriate business strategy - Create, implement, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives that promote organizational/leadership capability - Develop new approaches, policies, and procedures to encourage continual improvements in business and HR efficiency/effectiveness,and lead change management initiatives - Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made,demonstrating particular consideration for the firm reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. - Work with ER team very closely - In implementing the policies in letter and spirit and - Participate in investigations for senior level escalations - In the Site role, the incumbent has to work closely with the Site Head and CAO team, Site Talent , Learning Partners including varied employee workgroups to drive people programs and initiatives. - Work with the CSC HR Head and other Site HR leads collaboratively in implementing the people pillars of the CSC strategy. - Work with T &L team to ensure both Analytics and CSC Bengaluru site has robust succession plans for their BU heads and other seniors. - Partner with TA team in market mapping and keeping external slate ready, where internal successors are not ready or available. - Lead Site level townhalls, communication strategy along with Site head,BU heads & GPA. - Represent the voices of employees with seniors as appropriate and partner with business to elevate employee satisfaction levels.
