Vice President - Healthcare Domain - Private Equity Fund

About our client

Our client is one of the leading Indian Private Equity Fund engaged in the mid-market segment. They are seeking for Vice President(Healthcare) who will be part of the Business Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

 - Develop, share co- create best practices.

- Help the Partner coordinate and develop processes in the portfolio company.

- Help the CEO develop the strategy for the business and be engaged in the annual budgeting exercise.

- Business Performance Analysis

Qualification and Experience

- An MBA (from Top B Schools ) with a mix of Industry and consulting experience of 6-10 years.

- Exposure to Healthcare (Hospital/Pharma/Medtech) is required.

- Should have worked to drive excellence in his/her functional role

- Should be able to demonstrate a good understanding and usage of financial metrics such as the P&L, B/S, Cash flow statements.

Must have competencies:

- Leadership and business partnering capability and commercial acumen is a critical element of the role.

- High level of energy and drive and desire to excel.

- Should be able to work with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, peers, and external executives.

- Proven track record of being hands-on and willingness to roll up sleeves if need be.
