Vice President/Head - Organisational Development - BFSI

Job Title: Vice President & Head of Organisational Development

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Should have designed Development Centres (DCs)

- Managed competency assessments

- Managed leadership developmental interventions

- Should have led Organisational Development diagnostics

- Should be responsible for training strategy

- Has driven employee engagement

- Has had experience in driving culture change

Requirements:

- MBA from a reasonably good B-school, preferably with specialisation in HR

- At least 15 years' work experience with the last 4+ years mandatorily in OD/TD. He/she should be necessarily responsible for OD/TD at present

- Ideal candidate will be from Insurance or BFSI
