Vice President/Head - Operations - BFSI

Reporting to : Executive Director

Responsibilities :

- Account owner for Books Operations

- Leading Project Management and Production Teams

- Handling complicated projects

- Standardizing the workflow according to client requirement

- Monitoring the productive of overall operations.

- Conducting the daily production meeting to discuss every day dispatches and to check the interim schedule from the respective teams.

- Monitoring and continuous follow up of jobs on regular basis so as to comply with the interim schedule.

- Planning the deliverables to meets its customer schedule and escalating any technical snags to the technology team.

- Attending the conference call with the customer and finalizing the interim schedule in liaison with customer and the printer dates.

- Calculating the time required with the sampling and input analysis team and thereby working the complete schedule for the project.

- To send a detailed report to the client on weekly and Monthly basis with Current load, Dispatch details, TAT report and Quality trend and new projects.

- Streamlined the service delivery operations, strengthened relations with the clients by evolving a suitable transition approach and achieved exceptional business targets.

- Experience in managing the operational process flows, budget and resources, requirement gathering, design and implementation, delivery review, project performance assessment, performing internal audit and applying procedures, tools and methods.
