Vice President/Head - Marketing

Job Title: VP / Head - Marketing

Reporting to CMO

Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Setting a clear strategy in alignment with the vision for the brand & marrying this creatively with the business objectives

- Create an annual marketing plan/ calendar and lead the planning and implementation of it for both India and international

- Liasoning with sales to align on objectives

- Budgeting for the year

- Planning & monitoring the content strategy for the year in alignment with the business goals and the brand tonality

- Creating and implementing the media strategy for the year and overseeing the implementation leading to brand aspiration & awareness

- Create and evolve and oversee execution of the overarching brand & product campaigns for the year

- Executing physical events in accordance with the requirement of the business & brand

- Taking responsibility of the website experience and building the aspiration and ease for the consumer

- Lead CRM systems to enhance brand experience and service

- Creating and developing awareness of the brand through all social media channels

- Sourcing the right collaborations which are befitting the brand helping create aspiration and awareness

- Building a network of reliable external agencies and professionals

- Building the digital amplification strategy and scope for the brand

Educational Qualifications And Experience :

- Someone with an entrepreneurial & agile mindset and a total of 10+ years of work experience with a Real estate.

- In-depth knowledge of data analysis & market analysis

- Excellent communication skills & presentation & written skills

- Ability to coach effectively

- Highly creative and innovative in their thinking process

- A good storyteller

- Perseverance with a positive attitude

- Fast paced and goal oriented
