On behalf of our client , we are hiring for a Vice President, Head of IT Infrastructure position. - The Head of IT Infrastructure is responsible for leading and managing global infrastructure and support services, including data center, server and storage technologies, network services, security, continuity and general IT support. - This individual will define and lead initiatives that lead to greater reliability, performance, continuity and security of our IT infrastructure and the delivery of support services. This key leadership role interfaces closely with internal stakeholders, executive management and internal leaders. The right candidate should be passionate about technology and takes pride in observing shifts early and navigating organizations prepare for these shifts to create a market leading and innovative technology solutions. Following are some of the key deliverable's : - Enhance IT value realization by demonstrating new automated solutions to drive operational efficiency and consistency, improving capabilities in policy-based configuration. - Provide scalable resilient solutions to drive down incidents improve cost effectiveness - Continuously drive technology adoption / automation and reduce manual efforts year-on-year. - Drive cultural change and instill a collaborative, service-oriented mindset within the organization.&nbsp; - Continuously review and simplify processes to reduce end to end provisioning time for standard services.&nbsp; - Build cross-functional technology teams centered around key services.&nbsp; - Continuously drive technology adoption / automation and reduce manual efforts by 15% year on-year shift to an X-as-a-service model.&nbsp; - Develop a culture of risk taking and innovation driven organization that continuously embraces and adapts to change.&nbsp; Skills and Experience Required &nbsp;- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, and at least 20+ years of experience in building large scale distributed systems, with at least 10+ years of leadership experience. - Deep understanding of traditional infrastructure areas, focused on distributed systems such as: data centers, storage and server technologies, WLAN, LAN, WAN networks, planning and engineering, support, deployment, help desk, and disaster recovery planning.&nbsp; - Must possess a wide degree of creativity and latitude to work cross-functionally and lead across all infrastructure towers. - Experience in multi-generation segment technology planning and rationalization. - Broad knowledge of data processing systems, concepts, and methodologies. - Proficient in diverse technology environments including expertise in virtualization and cloud management platforms.&nbsp; - Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies with proven experience of managing information technology setups utilizing open systems. - Proven experience of managing information technology systems at an ITO/BPO/KPO with BFSI focus - A track record in setting clear direction and driving high levels of engagement and performance across multidisciplinary teams&nbsp; - Deep experience in global enterprise IT infrastructure setup, operations and continual improvement.&nbsp; - Leadership experience in communicating with businesses, senior leadership (including board)&nbsp; - Ability to manage and prioritize dozens of requirements, deadlines, and projects&nbsp;
