Vice President & Head - Human Resources - BPO/IT/KPO (15-20 yrs)

The incumbent will be an experienced HR leader who is self-motivated and can seamlessly drive the conceptualization & implementation of organization-wide HR Strategy, thereby leading to a solid Organization Design and its robust implementation and monitoring.

Managing multi-geography and multi-level stakeholders will be a key aspect of this position in the Sales & SLT HRBP role.

The incumbent should have the ability to be resilient and drive sustained performance through a collaborative leadership style with strategic influencing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establishing & sustaining workforce processes & practices as per defined framework.

- Champion the integration of strategic HR initiatives with strategic business initiatives.

- Develop strategic HR plans and policies.

- Ensure that HR Shared Services works seamlessly with HRBP, L&D, HR Ops and TA.

- Career Development, Performance Management, Succession Planning for key roles.

- Organization Design: conceptualization, design, implementation & governance.

- Lead effective employee relations through focused internal communication, employee experience and wellness.

- Diversity & Inclusion: Ensuring that companies' policies and actions champion the cause of diversity & inclusion in the respective geographies.

- Reengineer processes in line with the company's strategic goals to ensure maximum efficiency.

- Design, implement & monitor appropriate governance mechanisms.

POSITION = Vice President & Head - Human Resources

ROLE = HR Strategy, Organization Design, Organization Transformation, D&I, Initiatives, PMS, Employee Experience, HR Operations

REPORTING TO = Chief Human Resources Officer

PEER GROUP = Vice President (TA), Vice President (L&D)

TEAM SIZE = Direct Reports: 5 - 8. Team Size: 16

Work Mode - Hybrid flexibility they have 2 to 3 days in office

Ideal fit: Someone who has managed a emp base of 3000-10000, managed a team. Comes with previous experience in end to end HR functions at a leadership level.
