Vice President/Head - Human Resource - Telecom

Position title : HR Head - VP level.

KRA's :

- Leading the entire gamut of HR initiatives

- All HR operations for the circle

- As a part of the leadership team, working with business stakeholders on programs to increase employee capability, provide change leadership and build a high performance culture.

- Work with business leaders to create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives which enable a high energy positive work environment

- Design & drive talent development programs, talent management & succession planning to ensure fitment of right talent in critical jobs as well as groom internal talent to take on key leadership positions

- Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on human resources related matters, policies & procedures, compensation related matters

Qualification : Fulltime MBA from an elite business school.

Exp : Minimum 12 years of work experience post MBA.
