Location - Mumbai, Reporting - CHRO, Years of Exp 12 to 15

Description:

- Oversee and manage HR operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processes.

- Lead payroll functions, including accurate processing, compliance, and timely disbursement.

- Develop and implement HR compliance strategies, keeping abreast of legal requirements.

- Spearhead the implementation and optimization of HRMS to enhance workflow efficiency.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws across all HR functions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related issues and provide strategic solutions.

- Streamline and enhance HR processes to promote operational effectiveness.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating relevant advancements into HR operations.

- Manage a team, providing leadership, guidance, and fostering a positive work culture.

- Generate reports and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Profile:

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on operations, payroll, compliance, and HRMS.

- In-depth knowledge of local and international labor laws and regulations.

- Demonstrated expertise in HRMS implementation and optimization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

- High level of integrity and confidentiality.

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
