Vice President/Head - Credit - FinTech

Our client is one of the largest supply chain finance company.

Job Role :

a. Lead Credit companies digital lending solutions

b. Create clearly defined credit rules for SCF/ Invoice discounting products covering required documentation, eligibility, assessment and monitoring.

c. Set up and manage the automated credit systems to manage the above

d. Help structure / implement / review / monitor various credit programs

e. Review / recommend / approve credit proposals as per approved program parameters

f. Lead a team of credit analysts & ensure consistent and high quality work output; and continuously upgrading their competencies

g. Ensure adherence to credit approval policy and monitoring processes

h. Overall responsibility for ensuring high quality credit portfolio

i. Provide thought leadership in using flow data analytics for portfolio management

j. Drive adoption of tech tools for driving efficiencies in credit processes at scale

Qualification:

a. Candidate with a minimum 8+ year experience in SME credit.

b. Deep understanding MSME lending in general.

c. Hands on experience in managing digital lending programs for MSMEs

d. Masters in Finance / Accounting, preferably with other professional qualifications

e. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
