Vice President and Head - Compliance HIRING
Key Focus areas:
- Provide advice, guidance, identification, measurement, assessment of compliance risk, recommend actions for mitigating those risks and administering the corporate compliance program.
- Support business in ensuring qualitative sales by monitoring AML & Fraud related matters
- Draft and refine policies and procedures for effective mitigation of compliance risks in tandem with changing legal and regulatory landscape
- Compliance professional with a demonstrated history of expertise in the life insurance industry. Strong professional skills in Regulatory Compliance, Compliance Assurance, Ethics and Culture, Financial Services Compliance, and Compliance Risk Management.
- Managing pre and post IRDAI inspection
- Acts as liaison for internal management, external auditors, and external audit clients for compliance related matters
- Create, review, update various compliance and other polices and provide guidelines to all employees and AML Compliance & reporting to Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU)
Qualification & competencies required:
- LLB/LLM required with experience in Life Insurance industry.
- Over 15 years of experience in compliance function, insurance laws
- Knowledge: strong legal skills (drafting and analytical)

- Excellent contract drafting, review and negotiation skills
