Vice President - Head - Analytics & Business Intelligence - Financial Services

Our client is an MNC Financial Services Firm with significant growth plans for their India business. As part of growth of their business, they are looking for a seasoned analytics professional as Head of Analytics and Business Intelligence to lead the team based out of their Gurgaon Office and support management in decision making by generating insights across marketing, risk, finance, operations, HR etc.

Reporting into CRO, person would be responsible for leading and growing the team to deliver high quality analytics services across businesses. You would also partner with other teams to identify new opportunities to apply AI, advanced analytics and machine learning techniques.

The Successful Applicant:

- You should hold a Master's degree with atleast 10 to 12 years of analytics experience working with a MNC Bank or Insurance firm.

- Experience of managing end to end Analytics product offering in a team leading role is a must for this role.

- Strong understanding of statistical techniques like logistic regression, cluster analysis, principal component analysis etc. in SAS environment.

- Ability to lead and grow large teams and proven track record of leading business.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
