Your Role:

The company is now seeking to hire a Vice President, Growth & Partnerships. This is a key role that will determine the funds available to the organization for its growth initiatives. You will grow the network of funders achieving significant growth in the number of students they are able to reach out to and will also play an important role in deepened engagement with priority existing funders, through a more proactive engagement strategy.

The Job

As their VP of Growth and Partnerships, you will:

- Design programs and raise funds to achieve high growth targets.

- Identify the right partnership eco system of Corporates, Implementation Partners, Funding agencies/ foundations, HNIs and governments. Expected CAGR around 60-70% in the next 4 years.

- Take fund raising global/ international and tap alternative sources.

- Drive existing relationships and partnerships for renewal, upsell, cross-sell

- Defining metrics and formats for project monitoring and impact

- Position and build the brand as the thought leader in the education impact stage.

- Collaborate with internal teams to represent customers and users view.

- Build, manage, and engage a small talented team.

Your Profile:

Ideally you must have a strong academic background from premier educational and professional institutions with at least 12+ years of experience in the corporate and educational sector. You should have managed a role that focuses on relationships across sectors and managed funding and should be at ease on the big stage, while representing a bright cause that has a burning need. This is a high-energy role for a person who enjoys working in a start-up environment, cares deeply about building India's education system and can be passionate about accelerating access to education equity.
