As the Senior Manager, Growth you would be simultaneously leading our growth strategy while also building content and learning sessions for new programs, often in partnership with India's top marketers. What You'll Do: - Lead our growth strategy through aggressive and entrepreneurial approach to constantly testing, measuring and iterating plans. - Work with creative and content teams to develop best in class marketing campaigns optimized for conversion, relevance and student/ recruiter preferences - Design, build and maintain our social media presence in tune with the overall brand strategy. - Work with the industry's leading marketing thought leaders to distil new learnings into stories and frameworks that feed into our program content. - Deliver learning sessions on key aspects of growth/ digital marketing to aspring digital marketing students. - Build a team of marketers to run campaigns and mentor students.
