With the rise in demand for doorstep-delivered product/service, our client focuses on the most important service, healthcare, and delivers the service at the comfort of our home. Some of the services provided by them are nursing care, elder care, doctor at home, physiotherapy, etc. They follow the best practices in medical care and maintain global protocols and standards.
Our client is a 10 year old company headquartered in Mumbai and is present in 9 cities. They have raised a total of $4.4M in funding over 2 rounds. There are more than 1000 caregivers on their platform who are serving 700 patients on a daily basis.
As a Vice President - Growth, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing plan in line with overall business objectives while striking a balance between longer-term strategic brand building activities, mid-term lead generation and nurturing, as well as quick wins to achieve targets.
What you will do :
Leading the digital marketing team and being responsible for constant optimization of channels and mediums to get maximum revenue for business and brand value
Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Leading the SEO/SEM and Content Marketing
Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms
Desired Candidate Profile :
What you need to have :
Radical Accountability: Run the vertical like your own business. Product is incredibly high quality
Systems Thinking: Early-stage start-up hence requires incredible detail orientation and process thinking. Do-er versus a talker
Willingness to be a part of fast-paced aggressive work culture growing start-up and enabling innovation and creativity to develop new winning strategies and solving complex problems
Knowledge in MS Office; including Outlook, Access, Word and Excel (Macros)
Preferably from a B2C (Consumer) centric background
Experience on Google Analytics, Appsflyer/ Firebase and Ads Manager
Google Tag Manager and Amplitude or related tool experience is highly preferred
Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
