Job Summary:

The Vice President - Growth will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for driving the growth strategy of the wealth advisory firm. This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing opportunities for business expansion, client acquisition, and revenue generation. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the financial services industry, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the firm's business objectives.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine the firm's value proposition.

2. Business Development:

- Lead initiatives to acquire new clients and expand the firm's client base.

- Foster and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and strategic partners.

- Develop and execute targeted marketing and outreach campaigns to enhance the firm's visibility.

3. Team Leadership:

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team focused on business development and client acquisition.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and achievement.

4. Financial Performance:

- Drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition and retention strategies.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of growth initiatives.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall financial health and sustainability of the firm.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with growth objectives.

- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, presenting growth plans and progress updates.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry, with a focus on wealth advisory.

- Demonstrated success in driving business growth, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Leadership experience in managing and motivating high-performance teams.

- Must have 8 - 12 years of work experience in growth and development

- Must have experience in broking, Mutual Fund distribution and wealth domain.
