- Acquisition of new customers (tenants for co-living)
- Responsible for P&L for Co-living Business & ensure the achievement of budgeted EBITDA.
- Partnerships in Offline/Online Environment.
- Identify various upselling opportunities to increase revenue
- Penetration into new geographies as per the company's growth plans
- Develop and own the business strategy, along with sales forecast, revenue projection, right pricing.
- Corporate presentation - to identify and pitch co-living solutions to the prospective customers
- Lead generation activities - engage in various BTL activities in identified locations. Think out of the Box for capturing the relevant audience.
- Get in place robust dashboard/reporting for timely & continuous review and required corrective interventions
- Ensure a highly capable team build-up across the levels
- Ensure retention of key talent and thus make them grow
Key Skills and Experience:
- 12-15 years of Experience - last few years experience in a start-up will be preferable
- MBA / Engineering from reputed college/s
- Agile, passionate, energetic, a live wire.
- Should be able to work in a chaotic high growth environment.
- Should be emotionally strong to handle stakeholders (Internal/External - Government/Legal) at all levels.
- Should have handled P&L responsibility and scaled up from the scratch
- Startup/Internet/Ecommerce industry experience is added advantage
- Ambitious and able to drive through change while leading People
