- The Global Service Delivery Leader will provide Overall Leadership & Management.
- Shall be responsible for Business and strategic planning for the Cash Functions.Contributing to planning. Ensure delivery of all processes as per agreed SLA's.
- Work with the location leads to have on-time and verifiable closures of all People Strategy and People Agenda with desirable levels of effectiveness.
- Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders, own and proactively manage key relationships with partners. Working cross functionally to ensure a high quality of analysis and insight is provided by the team to key stakeholders
- Experience in managing the Cash function for an services delivering services to customers Experience for a global multinational will be highly desirable.
- Business & Technical leadership and proven track record of executing high-impact business plans
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexities to determine core strategic deliverables
- Substantial project and program management experience and knowledge of industry standard.
- Highly developed influencing skills, leadership capability, and the ability to achieve through others.
