- Lead and transform the Global Sales Operations function by aligning with business lines sales operations teams to set and agree globally aligned and consistent policies and standards and to drive change management
- Transform sales analytics and reporting to support decision making and to drive growth, overseeing the delivery of analytics and metrics including sales coverage, pipeline velocity, forecasting predictability, risk management, activity management and performance
- Increase sales capability by working with the Salesforce Program and cross-functional business leaders and business line teams to streamline, automate and optimize behavior changes that boost scalability, productivity and efficiency
- Over 18 years of relevant industry experience gained in large complex global corporate firms
- A seasoned and senior executive currently operating at a Vice President level
- A wealth of recent experience and subject matter expertise in Global Sales Operations domains and business processes(and not looking for a transition candidate from other disciplines)
- Substantial experience in delivering change management transformation with measurable business outcomes
- Experience working from India in a global role in a complex acquisitive firm with multifaceted products and services
- Excellent business acumen and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, listen and influence at all levels and across divisions
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce and other related technologies
- A bachelor's/Master's degree (and an advanced degree will be an advantage)
