Vice President - Global Sales - CPAAS

Our client is a Singapore headquartered CPaaS startup, which owns and operates one of the world's leading communications platform. The platform is a cloud-based, real-time communication solution that makes integrating live video, voice and messaging into applications and workflows incredibly easy. Designed and developed for Service Providers, Independent Software Vendors, Systems Integrators and Developers, it provides robust, scalable and secure communication platform without the complexity of building and maintaining network infrastructure and supporting interfaces.

Headquartered in Singapore, Our client has teams in Singapore, Japan, Delhi, Paris and Bangalore. The entire development and India sales team is based between the Delhi and Bangalore offices.

Responsibilities :

- Define growth strategy & provide leadership to sales,

- Develop strategic sales plans & business development initiatives to dive into funnel growth & ultimately new business.

- Acquired large global accounts & Build strategic partnerships

- Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching and guidance

Desired Background:

- Proven experience to build strong C-level relationships

- Successful track record of planning and rolling out Global GTM strategies

- Experience in growing SAAS/CPASS businesses

- Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership position

- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
