Vice President - Global Reconciliation - Investment Banking

- Graduate or higher with proven track record in Operations/banking experience with excellent interpersonal skills ( Essential ).

- Sound knowledge in Accounting/Reconciliations processes and fair knowledge of MS Office including excel ( Essential ).

- Should have between 5 and 7 years combined experience in technology, banking, and/or operations. Participation in various - Run the Bank and Change the Bank initiatives will be an asset.

- Should have thorough understanding of the Business Case development & Analysis, AOP development, CTA/RTB concepts, Migration methodology, BRCM/Compliance requirements and processes.

- Understands how technology adds value to the business and to the end customer.

- Demonstrated ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders.

- Working across cultures and in matrix organisational structures.

- More than 5-7 years professional experience, at least 2 of which working on complex project with multiple stakeholders in different countries.

- Ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence at senior level in the organisation.

- Negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills.

- Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with business partners.

- Excellent English written & verbal communication skills, other languages an advantage.
