About the Role:

Looking for a visionary and strategic leader to spearhead our Global Talent Acquisition function. As the VP of Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in building and leading a high-performing team to attract, acquire, and retain top talent across the globe.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a global talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans.

- Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals across various regions.

- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- 18-22 years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven - track records of volume in tech hiring / strategic - leadership hiring and leading diverse global teams

- Master's degree preferred

- US Hiring experience is preferred

- Strong understanding of the IT and ITES industry and its talent landscape.
