VP of Finance (Global) - SAAS Company

Position Name: VP of Finance (Global)

Position Location: Bangalore, Remote

What you will do?

Accounting & Auditing:

- Oversee all books of accounts and reporting systems ensuring compliance with appropriate GAAP standards and regulatory requirements

- Monitor accounting of global Accounts Payables and global Accounts Receivables

- Liaison with international statutory auditors for timely finalization of statutory accounts closing and perform quality assurance and statutory account review

- Compliance with Indian & International GAAP

- Oversee overseas payroll computation, compliance and reporting.

- Establish companywide accounting policies and procedures with compliance to local laws.

- Oversee accounting teams working in multiple shifts and enhancing their performance by implementing productivity solutions

Financial Reporting:

- Financial Reporting & analysis for departmental decision effectiveness

- Periodic Reporting for investors including profitability statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow

- Take active part in Company's strategic financial planning process and Preparation of Annual Budgets & forecasts, establish budgetary controls, monitor costs and report on variance

- Strategic Business decision making including Capex & Opex

[Global ]Compliance:

- Managing and ensuring all regulatory & tax related requirements in [Global] India are met as per law [across all our business operations]

- Ensure adherence to company transfer pricing arrangements, with periodic review of regional application

- Compliance with Direct & Indirect tax regulations in [Global] India including tax and transfer pricing assessments and scrutiny.

- Working legal knowledge on contracts, corporate laws and legal matters of the Company

What You Have:

- A qualified Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience in a finance leadership role with an excellent understanding of business metrics

- A proven global Finance experience and record having built many successful teams in the finance domain in a SaaS Cloud B2B Enterprise Application organization

- In-depth knowledge of financial benchmarking, accounting, audit and tax compliance, and other regulatory matters

- Adept in fiscal management principles and processes including resource management and needs assessment

- Partner with Chief Finance Officer & Chief Executive Officer to establish and track revenue goals

- Possesses critical knowledge of federal and multiple state tax laws as well as basic accounting issues

- Able to identify risks as well as opportunities to provide feedback on decisions affecting financial results of the company
