HIRING for Vice President-Global Benefits Consulting for one of the top notch global consulting firm based out of Gurgaon.

Candidate should have an experience in :

- Employee benefit advisory - governance, design, placement, harmonization/optimization, risk management, multi country coordination

- Global Benefits Brokerage and Consulting including insured and self-insured benefits, multinational pooling and captive financing

- General familiarity with employee benefits globally and deep familiarity with employee benefits in select countries and at least a major region

- Expertise in developing written proposals and SOWs, responding to formal RFPs for Global Benefits consulting services

- Independently participate in complete commercial processes

- Tangible experience executing a range of international projects such as multinational pooling, Global Benefits Management or Consulting, benefit audits, M&A due diligence, pension actuarial coordination.

Major responsibilities will be :

Selling to Multinational Clients and Prospects

- Discover commercial possibilities and proactively sell profitable services to new and existing multinational clients.

- Effectively promote Global Benefits Consulting services
