Roles & Responsibilities :
- Process performance on SLAs / Scorecards / KPIs
- Drive Process Improvements through Kaizen, Six Sigma projects and by imparting domain knowledge to the teams.
- Meet and exceed stated Project Revenue & Margins, identifying and driving margin improvement initiatives
- Customer Satisfaction / Employee Satisfaction
- Working to grow the existing business penetration (EN business), Take strategic decisions in this regard
- Addressing all customer escalations and represent the Management in all key client governance forums such as MBR / QBR s, etc.
In addition, he/she will also need to :
- Participate and contribute actively for new client RFI/RFP's.
- Providing strategic direction to solutions for new opportunities under Financial market or in BFSI
- Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures, Account Maps, Process Manuals, etc.
- Provide all domain expertise related inputs and support on new deals being pursued in BFSI area
- Manage Team of 700+ FTE's in their current role if they are from services / domestic BPO's
- Work with hunting & farming teams and grow existing capabilities
- Would have handled P&L of $ 20 Million USD
- Develop a strong second line of Subject Matter experts
Desired / Key Skills :
- Capital markets domain good to have but not a must-have.
- Exposure to an Wealth Management, Financial Statement Spreading & Investment Banking
- Understand lifecycle of Wealth Management, Credit Analysis, Asset Management
- Participation in client presentations, site visits and the due diligence processes at client sites
