We are looking for Principal Development Manager for FX Options Technology with one of largest Investment Bank for Mumbai location.  Job Location: Mumbai  Exp:10 - 16 yrs   Key Responsibilities:  - Will be responsible for maintenance of software application used by FX Options Trading in front office.  - Participate in some or all activities in SDLC.  - Independently propose and implement strategic/tactical solutions to critical business/technical problems.  - Regular interaction (in person, email and over phone) with business and technical stake holders locally and globally for status update, requirement discussions, discussions around solution/approach etc.  - Deliver high quality change within the deadlines.  - Understand and follow organizational, team level processes and best practices.  - Keep up to date on business domain and technology.  Key Requirements:  Strong academic (post graduate from premier institutes, computer science/engineering graduates) background  - 10+ years of experience in software development  - 10+ years of commercial C++ development experience  - Excellent knowledge of core C++ concepts and libraries (STL, BOOST).  - Cross platform (Windows, Linux) development experience  - Knowledge of up-to-date development practices (unit testing, regression testing, automated deployment, code reviews etc.)  - Scripting experience (Bash, Perl, python etc.)  - Working knowledge of database (SQL, ASE etc.) and middleware (TIB EMS etc.) technologies  - Good knowledge of distributed, batch and client-server programming. Prior compute-grid knowledge an asset.  - Knowledge of the basics of financial assets (Derivatives, FX, Options), pricing and risk.  - 10+ years- experience in IT.
