Responsibilities: - Facilitating and supporting the Asset Management (AM) business in their governance and oversight of the supplier landscape. - Monitoring market, industry and regulatory trends impacting AM's outsourcing strategy and suppliers. - Regularly auditing Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting, Custody, Transfer Agency services. - Planning and conducting both initial and ongoing operational due diligence on both third party and affiliate suppliers. - Engaging and partnering with corporate functions such as Global Supplier Services and Legal to deliver on AM's supplier strategic requirements. - Partnering with other business-aligned functional areas (Legal, Compliance, Risk & Controls, Marketing, Technology, Front Office, and Operations) with respect to supplier initiatives. - Monitoring long term contract horizon to prioritise resources and engagement in relation to the management of supplier contract renewals. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in the Financial Services industry, with some exposure to Custody and Fund Services. - Bachelor's Degree, preferably with a major in Accounting, Business or Finance. - Excellent presentation and communication skills: delivering messages clearly and succinctly with tailored approach depending on the target audience, including the creation of high-quality presentations and reports. - Leadership and relationship management skills, ability to build strong working relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including executive management, suppliers and control functions. - Technology savvy, advanced use of desktop tools for analytical and presentation purposes.
