Organization: An early stage venture fund which invests in IP-driven Indian startups creating breakthrough healthcare, agriculture, renewables, and advanced technology innovations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Work closely with the partners in planning and designing fundraising strategies. 2. Consistently identify and build stronger networks to ensure a strong funding pipeline. Keep developing newer channels and avenues for fundraising. 3. Responsible for achieving fundraising targets in the domestic and international market. 4. Develop and manage partnerships with potential funders and sponsors. Manage and work towards development of angel networks and family offices. 5. Support Partners in managing relationships with existing funders, foundations, trusts, institutional donors and businesses, including regular communication and reporting. 6. Play a strategic role in finalizing the fund's communication strategy to all its LPs. 7. Responsible for end to end fundraising lifecycle including negotiation of terms and conditions and closure of financial agreements. Key Skills/ Abilities: 1. Understanding and knowledge of the fundraising environment. 4. Strong financial skills and analytical skills 5. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills 6. Strong and proven Relationship building skills Qualification/Experience Required: 1. Post graduate preferably with a specialization in Economics, Business Management/ Finance. 2. 8-10 years of experience in Private Wealth Management at a large multinational bank, Multi Family Office, or a prominent investment bank/ wealth management firm. 3. Experience of handling relationships and serving financial products to HNI/UHNI clients in India as well as overseas. 4. Proven ability to fundraise in the domestic/ international market from various channels - corporates, institutions, family offices, etc.
