Summary: Experience of 8+ years in Real Estate Fund / Private equity / Venture capital / Capital Markets in India with a demonstrated track record in capital-raising and investor relations in Real Estate sector would be preferred

Description:

- Prospect potential clients, and gather documentation to begin the funding process

- Develop leads, cultivate a list of targeted prospects with equity investors, banking, investment banking, capital markets

- Develop relationships and collaborate with leadership to formulate and execute a go- to-market strategy that includes lead generation and CRM data entering daily-specific trends

- Develop a client base by canvassing and conducting meetings

- Maintain a proper Investor Relations (IR) plan, data set and upgrade as per requirement

- Responding to investor requests for information, helping create documents like annual reports, monthly / quarterly review documents, board meeting decks and overseeing any investor requests

- Conduct detailed comprehensive and competitive analysis of different financial models and metrics and monitor performance and result oriented metrics on a daily/weekly/monthly/ quarterly basis

- Conduct primary and secondary research for monthly competition stats focussed on the real estate industry

- Carry quarterly market research for various industries relevant for Arbour's business strategy

- Analyse internal and external data and stay current with changing regulations in the RE industry

- Work with strategy team to shape up annual / quarterly strategies within Arbour and aid in reviewing and governing the strategic plan

- Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis - analytical, market intelligence reports

- Preparation of marketing materials such as presentations, proposals & other EOI documents and ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables such as cash flows and presentations

- Proactively engage and support the seniors in business development activities through networking, client calling, industry seminars, leveraging the existing relationships of other business units focusing on real estate capital markets transactions

Basic Requirements :

- Qualification: PG Degree in finance /CA/CFA

- Build quality relationships with new clients

- Capital raising (Debt / Equity) background is preferred - Experience and pre-existing network within capital raising from institutional, family office and wealth management businesses with a real estate sector focus.

- Solid analytical/logical mindset and attention to detail

- Strong number crunching and analytical skills - proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a prerequisite to this position

- Creativity and entrepreneurial spirit to take ownership of the full process and problem solving

- Strong interpersonal and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, and confident) with the ability to manage internal and external relationships

- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines ensuring high quality reports

- Experience in the front end set up and structuring of a fund being able to connect with the relevant advisors and work through the regulatory processes will be an added advantage

- This position represents an interesting opportunity to have real tangible input and ownership of fund raising, deployment and management working closely with the management
