Vice President - Fund & PE

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Raise equity, mezzanine and debt funds from equity investors, financial institutions

- Competency in building financial models, investor presentation and running the whole process of fund raising

- Experienced in dealing with whole diligence cycle and managing relationships with intermediaries /investors

- Managing lean team to deliver out puts in timelines

- Complete Acquisition deals independently

Desired Candidate Profile - 

- Experience in Private Equity, fund management, Merger and Acquisition, Due Diligence and investment, Re financing, liaison with banks and maintain congenial relationship and support in developing financial models

- Proficiency in matters related to Project Finance and Private equity.

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projection.

- Strong communication skills including financial and accounting principles.

- Interpersonal Competencies i.e. influencing Others Developing others directing others.

- Business Competencies i.e. Business Understanding Strategic Planning Financial Management.

- Managerial Competencies i.e. Planning and Budgeting Organizing and Staffing Directing Strategy Controlling and Problem Solving.

- Leadership competencies establishing direction aligning people motivating and inspiring producing results.

- Good understanding of Infrastructure sector, Including Merger and Acquisitions, Financing / Banking , investment management

- In-depth understanding of Infrastructure (project) financing , Financial concepts and Corporate Finance/ Investment functions.
