Vice President - Fund Accounting & Reporting - Real Estate Fund - CA

The candidate would be responsible for financial, accounting and reporting functions of the Fund, IM and Portfolio Companies:

- Fund accounting & preparation of financial statements of the Fund and IM

- Coordinating with internal & statutory auditors for regular audits of the Fund & IM

- Tax related compliances and filings for the Fund & the IM

- Regulatory compliances for the Fund & IM (including SEBI, FIPB, etc)

- Compliance with respect to Fund Documents

- Co-ordinating with valuers for Fund Valuation & NAV computation

- Investor reporting

- Cash flow management & budgeting for the Fund & IM

- Portfolio Companies - Where required, handholding the Portfolio Companies in designing & implementing up their financial control systems, creation of standardised reporting system, monitoring bank account movements, managing internal audits, etc

Candidate Profile:

- Chartered Accountant with 10 years of work experience

- Preferably with 2-4 years of experience with private equity funds or good working knowledge of fund structures & accounting/ tax issues.

- Good working knowledge of IFRS accounting.

- Ability to independently liaise with multiple stakeholders.
