VP - Fund Accounting Operations (Hedge Funds / Private equities)

- Senior Professionals with good exp in Fund accounting operations; responsible for Calculation of Net Asset values on variety of complex Hedge Funds

- Review & sign-off of NAV calculations, financial statements and associated reports

- Reviewing/Authorizing payments and other transactions

- Strong people management - ability to lead a team of Senior Resources ; responsible for their career planning and appraisals

- Bring in industry best practices

- POC and escalation for KPIs & KRIs on the client deliverables of the team

- POC and escalation for the Year end process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services

- 12 yrs of Exp in Fund Accounting - hedge funds or private equities

- Should be leading a team 12-20 resources

- Ability to handle the complete Stakeholders
