Vice President - Front Office Support - BFSI

Our client, a global financial institution with a sizeable Investment Banking Operations division in India, supporting their global footprint are actively looking at hiring Vice President - Front office support (Fixed Income).

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Directly support on shore sales desk, handle escalations, and resolve queries.

- Oversee trade booking, confirmations & settlements to ensure smooth trade flow.

- Liaise with various operations teams to tackle any deviations in process.

- Act as first point of contact for front office team.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 10-15 years of relevant experience with team management exposure.

- Experience in sales / trade support functions for fixed income or derivative products.

- Strong communication skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

- Familiarity with various tolls like market wire / DTCC will be an added advantage.

- Should be willing to work in US hours.
