Vice President - Financial Services - ICAAP

We are hiring for a leading financial servicing client.

Role Purpose :

- Capital Planning, ICAAP, Balance Sheet Management

- Implementation of the Basel III guidelines & related RBI regulations

- Optimize capital utilization for the Bank by introducing relevant changes in policies & procedures.

- Automation of Basel III computation and the RCA3 return

- Handling audit, disclosures and other reporting requirements

- Annual Business planning for bank & business units as well as half yearly review

- Short range forecasting of financial performance

- Analysis of performance and peer bank analysis

- Interpretation & application of Basel II norms to achieve maximum capital savings to the bank.

- Provision of MIS to Business & Collections, NPA Reporting, Handling of Concurrent, Internal & Statutory Audits

- Process documentation & adherence for all Overdraft Products.

- Responsible for operations setup for launch of new Overdraft products.

- Integration of the processes of the two divisions of Retail Asset Operations viz.

- Home Loans & Consumer Loans.

- Identifying & implementing areas for cost reduction &; automation.

- 10 years plus

- CA or MBA

- ICAAP experience of 2-3 is a must
