Title : VP - Financial Reporting Systems

Location : Chennai,Hyderabad & Gurgaon

Technical skill set :

- Data design and governance.

- Finance reporting and MI business requirements, especially Management Information.

- Highly commercial and able to quickly re-plan / reprioritize.

- Technical application build design standards.

- Saracen / TM1 / MI Reporting Systems / GL Applications.

- Completed 24 months in the existing position with prior exposure to MI or Financial Reporting Systems.

Personal Skill set :

- Ability to work independently and take decisions.

- Ability to deal with change.

- Demonstrate Leadership qualities in managing conflicts.

- Good interpersonal, leadership and influencing skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Role incumbent will be responsible for delivering quality solutions in designing, developing and implementing data design & data governance solutions in the financial reporting platform.

- Design and implement strong governance, control and quality assurance over database design for own portfolio, and across Data Design and design remediation.

- Liaising across functions and teams (such as Head of Finance Systems, COO, Programme Managers and Business Analysts) to ensure seamless Service Delivery.

- Supports, encourages and participates in a programme of continuous improvement and cost control/reduction .

- Effective use of technology.
