Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - Investment Bank

- Supervising a team of FP&A Analysts for their delivery of the FP&A tasks assigned. This includes supervision of the various analytics produced for Business at various time frequencies and ensures that they are of highest quality.

- Review weekly commentary and updates to Financial Market Management Team. Ensure that it is crisp and to the point.

- Manage the FM Business Budget/Forecast exercise and monthly flash forecasting exercise. Liaise with the Business and Singapore team and ensure this is properly managed without any exceptions.

- Support the team in developing detailed understanding of financial markets business and its major performance drivers.

- RWA reporting - review monthly movements in RWA at an asset class level, assisting the Business and Regulatory Reporting teams with understanding of BS & RWA drivers.

- Manage the key ad-hoc deliverables to Seniors and Heads in PC and Business.

- Oversight on ORF, KPIs & KCSAs

- Taking ownership of all administrative tasks of the team. This will include leave planning, training, performance reviews, etc.

- Acting as the contact point for auditors - both internal and external and local regulators.

- Responsible for the development, implementation and compliance of the Group Accounting Policy.

- Responsible for continued development and testing of a Business Continuity Plan.

- Effectively integration of India team with Singapore team.

- Take responsibility for ad hoc projects/ analysis to support the business

People Management and Leadership

- 10+ years of relevant work experience

- Qualified Accountant or MBA (Finance)

- Performed roles in a Product Control or Finance Analytics environment and have a good knowledge of handling Investment Banking Finance deliverables.

- Experience in managing team and leadership skills

- Excellent network building and interpersonal skills

- Understand how IT systems work, from the Front Office booking systems, through to the ledger, and how these interact.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Client (internal and external) focused and sensitive to stakeholders needs.
