Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - Financial Services

We are hiring for one of our leading financial services client based in Bangalore:

Role details are given below:

- The Finance Manager will work to ensure all costs are managed and maintained within AOP thresholds and understood both from a Business line and Regional Perspective. In addition to understanding the cost structure, this individual will also review and monitor investment spend and provide MI and commentary that facilitates effective change and Business investment prioritization. This will include the monitoring of investment profiles, the tracking of associated spend against those profiles and the monthly review of any cost savings associated with specific investment initiatives. Will lead and manage the cost management, MI Reporting, Business management function.

- Run monthly review sessions and function Finance teams to understand the trends of monthly direct costs and allocations. Provide predictive and current commentary around actuals in a timely manner to facilitate meaningful discussion around cost.

- Produce analysis and MI to support key messages and required actions around cost discipline and investment governance

- Provide management information on Operations costs, opportunities and risks on a plan on a monthly basis.

- Work with the business managers on Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecast in line.

Requirements:

- Professional qualification in Finance, MI and Cost management with 10 years of experience

- Proven data management and MI production experience in a complex Business environment

- Advanced data tooling and design experience including Excel, TM1 etc.
