Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - (Cost Analysis and Digital Initiatives)

- Our client, a top tier global financial institution is looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as Vice President - FP&A (Cost analysis and digital initiatives).

- You will be responsible for providing performance management, analytics, and reporting for Cost.

- The ideal candidate would have experience in Business Finance and extensive experience in driving automations and use of visualization tools (tableau & power BI).

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Provide end-to-end support to the Business Finance leads Regional and Group Finance team.

- Analyze business management and financial performance, review highlight risks and opportunities and drive actions to ensure committed financial outcome.

- Analyze the cost across actuals and plan.

- Partner with Stakeholders, Global Process Managers & Owners to design and implement system changes.

- Make presentations to give strategic analytical insights and present to senior stake holders.

- Understand financial statements, develop meaningful analysis & interpretations as required to facilitate management decision making.

- Lead automation initiatives wrt system enhancements and process improvisation

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Qualified Accountant CA, CPA, ACCA, OR MBA (Finance), with 13+ years of relevant experience.

- In-depth understanding of cost reporting structure, processes, and systems.

- Significant experience of working with senior management team and of interfacing with and influencing senior stakeholders.

- Experience in running automation projects and thorough understanding of visualization tools like Tableau and power BI is a must.

- Should have good power point skills to derive data insights and present to stakeholders.
