Our client, a global Banking leader, is actively seeking an experienced individual to be part of their Business planning and analysis team to work closely with the global executive team in the decision making process. This is a senior role, managing teams in multiple locations and extensive interaction with other businesses and senior management in the organization
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Business performance reporting, financial planning, and analysis. Management of information reporting and analytics. Providing strong financial leadership to the global businesses on a broad range of reporting, financial and commercial issues, and opportunities.
- Work with Business CFO, CEO and senior management for decision support, financial impact on new projects.
- Lead the finance team, mentoring and coaching.
- Provide strategic support to business leaders.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Experience in Financial planning, business planning and management reporting in global Banking environment.
- Should have 15 - 18 years of experience. CA, MBA in Finance will be an added advantage
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Background in Business finance, decision support and corporate finance.
- Strong analytical and business transformation skills.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing deadlines
