- Applying your extensive knowledge of month end accounting, management reporting and forecasting processes, this opportunity will see you providing high quality financial management reporting services with a focus on identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
- Developing close relations with teams throughout the organization as well as external stakeholders, you'll get an in depth understanding of the business and be empowered to make an impact by enhancing the benefits generated from our reporting activities.
- With well demonstrated communication skills and a capability to independently deal with and resolve issues, you'll manage client relationships and first level escalations, proactively seeking client feedback to further improve service level standards.
- You'll use your strong customer service ethics to proactively understand client requirements, and have the ability to work in a virtual global team and manage cross-border relationships effectively. Collaborating with teams performing similar tasks across other service areas, you'll ensure consistency in approach and quality of service delivery.
- You'll also be responsible for measuring, monitoring and improving client service by guiding your team and driving excellence in the service delivery.
