Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

Job Description :

- The role holder is responsible for supporting the India in providing strong financial leadership to the businesses on a broad range of reporting, financial and commercial issues and opportunities, ensuring effective delivery of robust performance reporting.

- Working in close partnership with the business CFO's you will provide financial support to drive key business decisions, driving the engagement with key stakeholders to understand current and future challenges and develop concise business requirements for transformation and change.

- Responsible for ensuring all commentary and analysis prepared by the AVP Relationship Managers is clear, concise & fit for purpose, providing coaching support where needed.

- Influence stakeholders through excellent communication of information, presentation and recommendation of appropriate solutions.

- Monitor, analyse, interpret and communicate performance data that provides CFO and Exco the business confidence in the information.

- Lead on team performance metrics and MI continually reviewing service and performance by way of performance management processes -e.g. reviews appraisals and regular meetings.

Skills:

- 10+ years of experience if FP&A in Banking/Financial Service operations.
