Job Description

- Managing & developing the team to ensure high quality business partnering and performance analysis

- Co-ordination and delivery of forecast, plan & budget cycles

- Building effective working and business partnering relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of planning processes, techniques and intentions

- Interact with finance and business teams across the regions to arrive at consensus on approach to implement the processes to ensure standardization and consistency

- End to End ownership of all the functions for the processes with adherence to necessary control aspects

- Ensuring efficient, timely & accurate analysis and reporting of performance, and comprehensive analysis of trends

- Designing and implementing a robust operating model focusing on efficient quality delivery and governance for FP&A activities

- Ensuring effective understanding, analysis and reporting of key metrics

- Providing variance/financial/trend analysis for monthly financial review and to support the business

- Presenting the results of business analysis, providing key observations, insight & recommendations for further action

Profile

- 10 + years of post-qualification relevant experience in finance/business/accounting financial services

- Experience in working on firm wide strategic projects preferably in Finance

- Significant experience in leading financial planning and analysis efforts

- Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders across regions & bringing them onboard to the common platform

- Ensuring seamless flow of information across finance or business domain
