Vice President - Financial Control Job Description : - Responsible for controlling the Financial Operations - Control over cash flows - Implementation of effective Financial planning and control processes - To act as a support to the Companies to approach, develop and co-ordinate effective financial control systems and process - To provide strategic guidance around capital financing options to support Company growth needs - To assist senior management in financial planning and to work with other team members to understand revenue and cost drivers thereby, defining appropriate reports for tracking - Developing a effective MIS system - To prepare sector analysis, updation, market risk/acceptability with the core purpose of maintaining - Overall portfolio analysis - Ensure that Standard operating procedures are followed - To establish internal MIS Operating System - Oversee accounts, audit and cash flow planning and control Specific Skills Required : - Well developed Interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong co-ordination and leadership skills - Team - building skills and ability to prioritize and hit internal and external deadlines - Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast - paced, dynamic environment Essential Functions : - In depth understanding of the company's business - Effective Team Player and willing to work in co-ordination with different departments - Highly committed and problem solving ability with willingness to work under stressed conditions - High degree of process orientation is required - Hands on experience in Audits, finalization and controlling finances with strong experience on cash flow and audits from Audit Co, Banking Sector or Credit Rating Agencies Qualification : - Basic Qualification : B.Com Graduate - Advance Qualification: CA + Masters degree in Finance or CA + CFA - Years of Experience : 15 years plus - Nature of Experience : Hands on experience in Financial control, Cash Flow management, Finalization of audits, Portfolio management and analysis - Levels of Experience : Senior Management - Industry of Experience : Audit Co, Consultancies, Advisory, Private Equity, Transaction Advisory, Banking, Credit Rating Agencies - Experience of Team Management : Must have handled a team of 10 - 20 employees
