VP- Financial Controller-US Market Exposure - Gurgaon

- Exciting Opportunity to Work with One of the Leading Bank - VP Finance Controller

- VP-Finance Controller - US domestic/US Gaap exposure must.

Mandatory Skills :

- 15+ years of experience in financial accounting / reporting domain in MNC environment CA

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well-defined procedures and changing work mix

- Require hands on experience in the areas of Controllership & US GAAP accounting (Banking domain would be preferred)

- Strong communication is essential. Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business

- Ability and flexibility to manage different functions across the Finance and Accounting domain

- Team managing experience would be required

- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals
