Job Functions

Individual will be a contributing member of the FAKC team. He/ she will drive productivity & accuracy, guide team on various Banks products, and generate client satisfaction by providing operational excellence for a wide array of financial controllership, financial planning & analysis

Responsibilities:-

The role would involve performing tasks and managing team as well in meeting deadline and strive to continuously improve the quality. The candidate has to be extremely hands on and focused towards on time delivery with absolute accuracy.

Key role will be as follows:

- Oversee month-end close process

- Coordinate the preparation of monthly financial analyses and approve reports for manager review

- Review and approve data submissions for regulatory and SEC reporting groups

- Review general ledger balances, understand trends and challenge any anomalies

- Review and approve monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations

- Review proposed transactions and provide guidance to stakeholders

- Identify and escalate control issues, errors and efficiency opportunities

Requirements:

Mandatory Skills

- 15+ years of experience in financial accounting / reporting domain in MNC environment

CA

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well-defined procedures and changing work mix

- Require hands on experience in the areas of Controllership & US GAAP accounting (Banking domain would be preferred)

- Strong communication is essential. Ability to independently communicate with senior leaders in the business

- Ability and flexibility to manage different functions across the Finance and Accounting domain

- Team managing experience would be required

- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals

Work Timings - 12:30 to 21:30 IST
