Vice President - Commercial

- Qualified CA with minimum 12 years experience in any manufacturing company preferably Building material, Consumer durable, FMCG or Paint industry.

- Must have experience of handling a large dealer/ distributor network in INDIA.

Brief JD:

- Heading commercial function of the business,

- In-depth knowledge of business finance and complex distribution channel.

- Financial planning and budgeting for each region , formulation of strategy, review of performance of each channel.

- Decide dealer/ distributor commission and schemes, customer benefit schemes etc.

- Finalize sales targets, modifications, review.

- Complete control of credit, receivable and payments to channel.

- Lead indirect taxation team for timely collection, payment and compliance.

- Develop and implement internal control system,

- Review margins/ profitability of each channel and reporting,

- Process improvement to increase efficiency.

- Preparation of financial reports for management review.
