Vice President - Financial Accounting & Reporting - BFSI

- The jobholder will require detailed knowledge of the Accounting and Group financial reporting requirements under IFRS to ensure that monthly and quarterly reporting requirements are met on a timely and accurate basis. This is against a backdrop of an increasingly changing economic and regulatory environment.

- The jobholder will have to manage a number of different teams looking after different business partners each of whom will have their own expectations.

- The jobholder will need to manage a large team and all the people related issues that come with that.

- Qualification and basic requirements:

- B.Com/CA/ICWA/MBA with at least 12+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting and reporting.

- Experience of GL Accounting and Financial Reporting

- Experience in Banking and Financial service industry is must

- Experience to Lead and Drive Global Projects

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.

- Must have managed large teams of qualified professionals with a track record of demonstrable and definable achievements

- Excellent Organisational skills
