Vice President - Finance - Venture Capital Firm - CA

VP Finance for one of the Leading Venture Capital Firm

Key responsibilities:

- Create and build a robust corporate financial system for the organization

- Develop financial models that demonstrate impact of business on the economics of the company

- Perform appropriate finance due diligence exercises to ensure viability and "fit" and co-ordinate across multi-disciplined work streams for other areas of due diligence

- Develop and manage potential investments and capital raising strategy

- Support negotiation of key transaction documents

- Prepare reports for senior executive team and the board

- Implement financial analysis processes, models, and performance measurements in relation to financial due diligence required to support potential acquisitions, partnerships and/or other strategic initiatives

Skills & qualifications:

- 10 years of relevant experience in the field

- CA is mandatory

- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills

- Expert in handling data analysis and forecasting methods
