Vice President - Finance - Treasury & Fund Raising - Infrastructure Project

A well known conglomerate wishes to hire the head of Finance to manage the Project Finance and treasury for its new age infrastructure projects business.

The company is leveraging the governments infrastructure development agenda to develop infrastructure for Travel and tourism.

- The incumbent would be supported by a team of financial analysts and would be reporting to the MD.

- The VP Finance would be deftly dealing with a consortium of banks for fund raising / restructuring .

- Would be working closely with the Top Management in assisting in the company's vision, mission and goals.

- We invite applications from MBA Finance/CA s with 8-10 years of experience in project finance, fundraising.

- Must have adequate experience in dealing with Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Exceptional analytical and negotiation skills. Should also have the wherewithal to assist developing the corporate strategy and road-map for the future .

- Must be well known in the banking circuit.

- Fundraising for infrastructure projects / real estate would be an advantage.
